An alumnus of The Catholic University of America School of Nursing (BSN class of 2010), Ms. Mudd has over a decade of nursing experience, with majority of her practice in the specialty of Pediatric Nursing in both clinical and clinical research settings. She transitioned to her true calling of being a nurse educator after receiving a Master of Science degree in Health Services Leadership and Management, Education Focus, from the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Nursing (2015). Ms. Mudd holds certification as a Nursing Professional Development Specialist (NPD-BC), and strives to create relevant and engaging programs that will further the professional development of NIH Clinical Research Nursing staff. She is a proud member of the Association for Nursing Professional Development (ANPD), American Nurses Credentialing Center's Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) Learning Community, American Nurses Association, and Philippine Nurses Association of America.
